Extending IoT to a Smartwatch

Before the end of last you you may have seen Craig Cmehil’s Blog post on IoT HANA and a temperature sensor scenario (here). After we worked on the example I started to play with Apple’s WatchKit under NDA, but as that is all common knowledge now, and the watch up for pre-order, I’d like to tell you what I did.

I extended the example so the watch could, through a Apple Watch Glances, see the current temperature registered by my sensor and the maximum/minimum temperatures that have been set for my sensor. Then from an Apple Watch App I could change the maximum/minimum temperatures that Craig had set in a control table.
