This year the SAP service and Support team will be running a series of Interactive Workshops in the SAP Service and Support Center (SSSC) on the floor during Sapphire. New for 2015 is the combining of the Services and Support lounges into a single center that will be focused on telling the “How to get there and stay there” Story. The Service and Support Center will be located right next to the Keynote Theater and will feature a wide range of meet the expert type sessions, demos, presentations and the interactive workshops that follow below.
These workshops are designed as interactive discussions, using elements of Design Thinking, with key SAP experts and customers on various topics that include, but are not limited to accelerating innovation, holistic migration & adoption methodologies & strategies and cloud adoption. The goal is to help you get a better understanding of innovations coming from SAP, and how you can leverage them to drive better business outcomes. The schedule workshops is as follows:
Tuesday, May 5th
11:00 AM – Pre-assembly of Rapid Deployment Solutions and Best Practices – This interactive discussion will help partners and customers learn more about SAP’s offering to provide fully customized, configured and tested systems, according to selected Rapid Deployment Solutions
1:00 PM – Five things you need to know about new support services to be successful – In this workshop, learn the new Cloud Readiness Index to identify right business process improvements, future innovation opportunities and SAP Enterprise Support Opportunity Report to help customers maximize the value IT provides to their business.
3:00 PM – The Value of Tailored Cloud Solutions – This interactive discussion is on best practices from key customers who have partnered with SAP to design and build innovative applications that run in the Cloud accelerating innovation, competitive differentiation and driving better business outcomes.
Wednesday, May 6th
1:00 PM – SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud Workshop
2:30 PM – The Road to S/4 HANA – In this interactive workshop learn more methodology used to uncover business transformation opportunities and how organizations can transform their businesses by identifying key value areas. Also, learn about holistic migration strategy from a technical DB migration to business transformations.
4:00 PM – Re-Platforming – The Basis for Fast Innovations – This interactive session presents the SAP Re-Platforming approach and our methodology, based on a jointly developed roadmap reflecting your business requirements and opportunities the transformation is executed in a factory approach.
5:00 PM – Reduce – project cost and risk leveraging a model company approach – This interactive session will help you to understand the three step approach to prioritize and structure key elements of your back-to-standard, re-platforming or new deployment project in its early stages.
Thursday, May 7th
1:30 PM – Simplified cloud adoption and integration for People & Supplier – In this interactive discussion, hear how leading enterprises leverage packaged best practices for fast cloud on-boarding and integration for People and Suppliers. Learn how to get started now!
2:30 PM – The Road to S/4 HANA – Learn about the methodologies used to uncover new business and transformation opportunities with S/4 HANA. Hear how SAP customers have already benefited from this business scenario based approach; walk through holistic migration strategies and how Rapid Deployment Solutions can help speed the process.
3:30 PM – Accelerate Business Outcomes with Cloud-based Learning – During this workshop, join SAP Education experts to explore the latest cloud-based learning offerings and understand how these tools help leading organizations enable their employees to develop the skills and insight needed to accelerate business outcomes across the organization.
