Ever appreciated the configurable data retrieval parameters?

They can help you to see only the business transactions that are of interest for you, for example the open ones of high priority.

One of the assignment blocks that supports this is the “Interaction History” in the accounts overview page.

With a lot of motivation and hope you possibly had started to configure them and struggled: Only transaction category but not transaction type for filtering is supported?

Good news is that with implementing SAP note 2104946 new parameters for filtering are supported. Not only transaction type but quite a few further ones.

The SAP note is valid for SAP CRM 7.0 EHP3, EHP2, EHP1.

With this note you also get a BAdI that helps you to use also own attributes as parameters for data retrieval.
