SAP Multichannel Foundation for Public Sector released

On 15th of March 2015 , SAP released service pack 04 of SAP Multichannel Foundation for Utilities and Public Sector and for the first time contains public sector specific business content. SAP Multichannel Foundation for Public Sector gives Public Sector organizations a powerful and cost effective way to extend their citizen interactions across multiple channels.

The platform is built on open standards. It comes pre-built with Public Sector scenarios, a template Web application and a set of high productivity tools, enabling partners and customers to quickly develop customer-facing self-service applications at lowest cost on SAP or third-party front-end technologies via any channel.

The following business processes are covered:

User management and integration to SAP Gateway technology

• Submission of forms
• Display of open and paid bills
• Partial or full bill payment
• Ability to maintain method of payment
• Maintenance of address and contact data
