SAP HANA helps In Mind Computing to follow new approaches in designing a cloud based Reasonable CRM solution on database schemas for insight selling

Therefore, the respective IT solutions are integrated in the customer ERP and both are embedded on a cloud-based configuration engine that is part of the SAP HANA Cloud application. The SAP ERP SD stores the data, for example customer and pricing information, and communicates via the SAP Cloud Connector with the solution.
Within the Insight Selling Suite, In Mind Computing enables the analytical capabilities of SAP HANA in order to provide insights about key performance metrics as well as to increase the forecast accuracy and uncover revenue potentials. In order to visualize data in such a fashion that their salesforce is able to easily retrieve all required data with reference to the insight selling potential, the intuitive user interface is based on SAP UI5.
Key advantages are the integration and connectivity capabilities of the HANA Cloud platform which allow In Mind´s Reasonable CRM to integrate with an ERP system from SAP in the Business Suite via the SAP HANA Cloud Connector in real-time. On-top, the company utilizes the analytical capabilities of HANA and is starting to leverage on the Predictive Analytics Library and Business Function Library which provide additional business value to its customers in getting insights in their sales processes.
