HR Preconference: Paving the Road to Workforce2020 – It’s free – just follow the link

Yes.  You read that correctly.  It’s free.

What’s the catch?  None.  Just be an HR or HRIT leader and register separately for the event on this page.

As the newly engaged and appointed HR Community Activist for the Americas SAP Users Group (ASUG), I simply wanted to create an extraordinary event that would engage ASUG members and non-members in discussions about what matters most to their Human Resources strategies.  So whether a company is currently a member of ASUG or not, we invite them to join us for this day of strategic discussion and thought leadership at the Hilton Orange Country Convention Center.

Attendees will join HR professionals from dozens of other organizations, SAP experts and thought leaders for a full day of networking, thought leadership and education on how to create change to enable business success.  Among our presenters are thought leaders and authors Dr. Steven T. Hunt, author of Common Sense Talent Management, Jenny Dearborn, author of Data Driven: How Performance Analytics Delivers Extraordinary Sales Results, Luke Marson co-author of SuccessFactors with SAP ERP HCM.

The day is capped with one-on-one “Meet The Experts” sessions for those interested and will conclude with a book signing and cocktail reception at Club 39 in the Rosen Plaza Hotel.

Pass the word onto your colleagues who have burning HR issues on their minds – I’m eager to meet everyone at Paving the Road to Workforce 2020.

I wanted to give a special shout-out to Sherryanne Meyer and Lori Paulin for their great work organizing this ASUG/Sapphire/SuccessFactors VIP event!  And thanks to the more than 100 attendees who attended, networked and learned!  It was great to see the level of interest and enthusiasm.

For those who were not able to attend this preconference or the Sapphire/ASUG, check out these YouTube videos for a quick taste of the HR-related proceedings:
