is there a general discussion forum? SM12 question

Hello friends,

I think we need a general discussion forum, one that does not focus specifically on the many specialized SAP area.

I’m new to SAP, had a SM12 question.  How does one achieve the following result about a single user locking the system? I tried SM12 filters but cannot duplicate this result.  Please see the image.
