The solution offers four key functionalities
a) Compensation Planning in SuccessFactors
Comprehensive compensation management process for the planning of merit increases, adjustments, promotions, and lump sums
b) Variable Pay Planning
Comprehensive compensation management process for the planning of incentives

c) Equity Planning
Comprehensive compensation management process for the planning of options, stock and RSUs
d) Employee Profile Maintenance in SuccessFactors
Functionality allowing the process of maintaining the Employee Profile in SuccessFactors. The data contained in the employee's profile is used in further compensation management processes. The employee profile can be maintained by the employee him- or herself, or by the employee's manager
How is this solution different from BizXpress Compensation?
Through this new offering , the scope of BizXpress Compensation is now being offering as a “Rapid Deployment Solution “, thus making it viable for SAP and SuccessFactors partners; SAP and SuccessFactors Consulting to deliver SuccessFactors Cloud Solutions through the familiar workings and delivery mechanisms for SAP Rapid Deployment Solutions
How is this Solution different from SAP Best Practices for SuccessFactors Compensation?
Through this new offering, the scope of SAP Best Practices for SuccessFactors Compensation now comes with a “Fixed scope –Fixed price Service” and with the additional functionality of “Variable Pay” - under the brand of SAP Rapid Deployment Solutions, thus making it easier for SAP partners and SAP Consulting to deliver Cloud projects, with predictable outcomes.
Variable Pay Planning- This functionality allows managers and compensation experts to plan incentive based payouts for their workforce. This function is especially useful for target based sales teams that have an incentive based, payout based on target achieved
What is delivered in this solution?
This solution is delivered as a pre-configured cloud image with the combination of “best of breed” business processes from SAP Best Practices for SuccessFactors Compensation and BizXpress Compensation for SuccessFactors.
This pre- configured Cloud Image provides a foundational starting point for customers that are looking for a fixed scope – fixed price offering which can deliver the deployment of standard compensation processes, before extending them to industry and geographical specific customizations for their various subsidiaries
When do I use this solution?
This solution can be leveraged by existing SAP, new and existing SuccessFactors customers, who are looking for a quick and fixed scope deployment/ configuration of their SuccessFactors Compensation product, for their compensation planning process.
Irrespective of whether customers plan to integrate their SuccessFactors Compensation module to their core SAP HCM or choose to retain their Compensation module on a pure cloud model, this solution offers them the necessary foundation for both of these scenarios. This solution is “SAP Integration Ready”
