Improve SAP Workflow in 3 easy steps? Here’s how!
Step 1.
Click on this link:
https://influence.sap.com/Workflow2015
(If you’re already logged in to SCN it may log you straight in,
otherwise you will have to supply your SCN username/password)
Do it now, there are only TWO days left!
Step 2.
Click on the “Requests” tab
Step 3.
Go through the proposed changes and when you see one you like,
click on it to see more details. If you agree with the change, then
click on the yellow “Subscribe now” button on the right. That registers your vote.
That’s it.
Go do it, now! Show SAP that we care about Workflow.

More information (if you’re interested):
Pay special attention to those with less than 5 Subscriptions,
they probably won’t be implemented unless they reach 5.
I suspect that adding your vote to already popular ones will
increase the chance that they will be done first.
There is little point in adding new requests now, it is unlikely
they will receive the required 5 votes.
There are many useful requests by well-known SCN Workflow people
such as Mike Pokraka, Susan Keohan, Ronen Weisz and Florin Wach.
There are lots of great suggestions there. As someone who has worked in
Workflow Admin I especially like the idea of you being able to forward workitems
to yourself. Setting the Chronological tab as the default in SWI1 is another winner.
Great to see that SAP is listening to us! I wonder how long it will take them though, to implement all these improvements?
Thanks for the link Rick. It had a lot of issues/limitations that I usually face.
Subscribed.
Let's see when the changes actually come up..
2 hours left!
I jumped in and contributed where I could! Thanks for this! Derrick Banks get on this!
Rick, thanks so much for the reminder. Here's what I posted to SAP-WUG:
This Customer Connection initiative allows *US* to provide feedback to SAP on the functions that we believe need to be improved. The current CC initiative is focused on end-user and WF-Admin experience, but there are over 85 requests on the Influence.SAP.com site that have been submitted.
Not all requests will be implemented, but some will be. They will be implemented most likely via OSS Note.
But in order for these requests to be considered, SAP requires a minimum of 5 subscribers to each request. When you subscribe to a request, you are indicating that:
So you can see that a Customer Connection is an important way for us to get some improvements in the workflow environment.
I’d like to encourage you all to go to Influence.sap.com, sign up, and subscribe to the requests that are important to you.
