Hi,
Got the interface working nicely, thanks! No problems with the guide, it's pretty clear. 🙂 Please could you elaborate on where the C4C data is stored in HANA? There doesn't appear to be any separate schema as we have when pulling data from on-premise CRM/ERP using the Landscape Transformation Replication Server.
Kind Regards,
Markus Grant
*EDIT: ok, I get the comment from the guide now that the C4C data is stored as facets in hybris marketing and to be more precise table CUAND_CE_IC_FCET.
Hi Markus,
the team that has developed the guide is not an expert team on HANA databases, but we are working finding an answer for you - please hang in there....
Dirk
Hi Markus,
the data is loaded into the tables of hybris Marketing (via ODATA I guess?)
The most important tables:
Interaction Contact (IC):
CUAND_CE_IC_ROOT - The "golden" record (DB_KEY is key)
CUAND_CE_IC_FCET - Facets of the contact (PARENT_KEY referes to IC_ROOT)
CUAND_CE_IC_FT_D - Facet Masterdata (PARENT_KEY refers to FCET, ROOT_KEY to IC_ROOT)
Interaction (IA):
CUAND_CE_IA_RT - Root table of interactions with most data (CONTACT_KEY refers to IC_ROOT)
CUAND_CE_IA_INTR - Item of Interests (PARENT_KEY refers to IA_RT)
CUAND_CE_IA_PROD - Object IDs (eg Products) for IAs (PARENT_KEY refers to IA_RT)
Hope that helps.

HI Dirk,
thanks for sharing, do i assume right , that scenario 1-3 would assume/require the contacts to be in sync meaning known in all participating systems ?
kind regards,MJ
Hi Dirk
Thanks for your help.
That's very clear and sure It'll be useful !
Do you know if others integration scenarios might be included in the next releases ?
Thx & regards
Rémi
Hi Remi,
currently we do not plan to add new scenarios to this guide. With SAP Cloud for Customer 1508 release, you also have the possiblity to use HCI or PI i-flows instead of Webservices for the integraiton. You can take a look at the documentation here:
https://websmp207.sap-ag.de/cloud4customer
Document is called: "INTEGRATION: SAP Cloud for Customer and hybris Marketing"
Hope this helps,
Dirk
Get It.
I am gonna have a look to this document.
Thank you very much Dirk.
Best Regards
Rémi
