SAP Labs Develops Prototypes With Wearables And Drones (Brazil) | 17.03.2015

SAP Labs Latin America develops tools aimed for concepts such as the Internet of Things, wearable devices, and drones. The focus is towards solutions for verticals like Health, Agribusiness, and Sustainability. One of the prototypes uses a Phantom Drone to enhance the harnessing of crops by leveraging eco-friendly techniques. The second prototype, named HALP (Health and Life Platform), uses sensors on infants’ clothing to monitor vital signs in real-time, helping health professionals monitor the progress of diseases based on the child’s data history and on a forward-looking analysis. The third project, called SmartBuilding, aims to improve the sustainability and intelligence of the SAP Labs building. (Original in Portuguese)
