What’s expected from you?


  • Management buy-in for your staff to commit time and resources (recommended 1 x full time employee for 25% of their time until your pilot objective is met)
  • Commitment to achieving your chosen objective(s) and to actively collaborate with SAP experts and other pilot customers
  • Provide feedback on content via SAP Jam platform, customer survey and a customer statement on your objective once complete
  • Participation in touch-point calls with designated value map focus advisors
  • Management commitment to one, maximum two, senior level meetings with SAP executive sponsor
  • Participation in SAP Enterprise Support services (where applicable)
