Business model development & innovation is a process that deliberately changes the core elements of a firm and its business logic to sustain or create a thriving business. Innovative business models can reshape industries, change the rules of the game and drive tremendous growth. A better business model often will beat a better idea, product or service.

We have been developing a systematic method for business model development & innovation based on in-depth business research, which has been validated in challenging projects inside and outside of SAP.

In Think 3 you will get to know everything about business model design. Based on 4 simple iterations (figure 1) you will learn how to structure your business ideas, ask the right questions and verify your assumptions.

    Idea generation based on analytical and creative methods

After Design Thinking (Desirability) and Agile Software Engineering (Feasibility), this course offers you the missing piece of the puzzle: economic viability (figure 2). If you have participated in Think 1, this will provide you with a unique opportunity to complete your product or service idea by adding a sustainable business model.

The course is suitable for everyone interested in business models and can be taken without prior participation in Think1 . It is a must have for all interested in the success of business ideas.
