openSAPwithApple.pngA new, free openSAP course is starting next Wednesday, March 25, 2015. It’s called “Build Your Own SAP Fiori App in the Cloud” and is open to anyone and everyone interested in learning how to build consumer-like apps for enterprise systems. Basic HTML skills will help but aren’t required. All you need is a few hours each week whenever your schedule allows. We’ll walk you through the whole process, including sessions on design.

The course will take place over a six-week period and contains lots of hands-on exercises (with free access to all tools and systems needed). After the first six weeks, you’ll have a three-week period to apply what you’ve learned and create a proof-of-concept (POC) app. There will also be forums where you can interact with both peers and experts.

Toward the end of the nine weeks, your app will go through a peer review process where you’ll have a chance to give and receive valuable feedback. Submitted apps will also be reviewed by SAP experts and the top three creators will each win a MacBook Air. So what are you waiting for? Sign up here: https://open.sap.com/courses/fiux1

If you have any questions, feel free to ask below. And in the mean time, here’s a high level overview of the topics which will be covered each week.
