for help: about hr renewal 2.0 payroll process center

Hi experts,

      we just set up  hr renewal 2.0  fp2  dev client. we think  ‘payroll process center  chip’  should exist after setup, but we found payroll process center  chip not in  suite page builder, as is shown in the attached. what’s the problem?  is it due to the system itself or we should add this chip in suite page builder?

please help.
