This is the solution to the challenge:

1. Download 010 Editor
2. Open the image in the editor.
3. Download JPGTemplate from http://www.sweetscape.com/010editor/templates/
4. Open JPGTemplate.bt template to view JPEG Specification.
5. You will notice a Comment structure inside containing .PNG:

1. Copy 3748 bytes from value: A0h and save them in a new file bytes.png
2. Open this .PNG and you will notice a QR Code.
3. Use the QR Code to open a URL: https://securityblog-i305845trial.dispatcher.hanatrial.ondemand.com/notA.jpg
4. As the picture says, it’s not a JPG, open it in a notepad.
5. Copy the chars in Base64 decode, https://www.base64decode.org/
