How does SAP Innovation Management support the design thinking coach?

SAP Innovation Management allows the coach to get feedback on the idea or the overall topic, as users can give comments. Comments can be received upon a specific campaign (topic of innovation to which employees, partners and customers are invited to contribute) or upon submitted ideas. By receiving this feedback, the coach becomes attentive either regarding a particular idea or regarding all aspects of a particular topic. The coach can be collaborative on particular ideas by inviting co-authors and by responding to comments and driving a discussion digitally with colleagues, partners and customers at remote locations and across time zones. Contributing to the system will increase the knowledge foodprint of the coach in SAP Innovation Management. As consequence he will appear in the expert finder as a suitable candidate for particular topics, he/she has worked previously in campaigns and ideas. By this he/she will be more recognized as an experienced individual. SAP Innovation Management helps the coach to be facilitative by sending notifications upon status updates and progress to interested users. Coaches can thereby easily keep the desired level of interaction and engage with others. Coaches can be experimental, as submitting a new idea and advancing existing ones is really easy, for instance using the mobile app for SAP Innovation Management. In general the Innovation Community is the entry point to see and experience the full range of creativity and mindfulness of colleagues, partners and customers. This keeps the coach empathetic, curious and optimistic.
