We are preparing a number of major product announcements for customer solutions at the International Utilities Conference in Berlin from April 13-15.

SAP is helping utilities across the world reinvent how they serve their customers. Among other changes in the industry, a generational shift is taking place. Millenials will be the largest customer group that utilities will be serving – and will be employing in the near future. SAP has long recognized the trend and invested in new solutions that help utilities market, inform, and serve customers at any time, anywhere on any device.

Join us in Berlin and enjoy product demos and discussions for the following groundbreaking solutions:

1) New Interaction Center solution for Utilities.
Build from the ground up this new solution delights the agent and simplifies their daily work.

2) New Customer Self-Service applications on web and mobile.
All build on one foundation that makes building and adjusting consumer apps a breeze.

3) Omnichannel Commerce for Utilities.
Built on the hybris omnichannel platform finally utilities can assist customers at any touch point (mobile, web, shops or  retail locations etc etc), connect them with all product, services, programs and information the utility has to offer. Now, utilities can enjoy the speed to
market and an extraordinary hyper-personalized customer experience previously only known to other industries like retail or consumer products.

So, that is all I wanted to talk about in this short blog. Stay tuned for more details in the upcoming days!

See you in Berlin!

    Hi Juergen,

Unfortunately I’m unable to attend the conference, is there any additional details/product information you can share a link to about these bullets?

I’m interested in all of them, but number 1 about the new Interaction Center is quite intriguing.

    Best,
