This workshop is designed for DB2 on IBM i database specialists, system administrators and SAP basis consultants, who seek to optimize the SQL query and database performance of their DB2 on IBM i based SAP application systems.
Experienced database architects from the IBM US Lab Rochester will teach how you can best exploit the powerful features and functions of DB2 on IBM i to achieve best performance of your SAP solutions.
Participants should have at least basic knowledge about SQL and relational DB concepts of the DB2 on IBM i database, as well as basics of the SAP implementation process.

On behalf of IBM, we would like to invite you to the IBM – SAP Power Summit to be held on April 21 and April 22, 2015 at the IBM Executive Briefing Center in Rochester, Minnesota.
The Summit, now in its second year, is for IBM i customers running SAP workloads or considering SAP workloads on IBM i. This event is designed to help businesses leverage IBM i and SAP technology, share best practices, and network with many other businesses running SAP workloads on IBM i. Presenters include experts from both SAP and IBM, with many years of experience regarding SAP and IBM i technologies and solutions.

Tuesday, April 21st will be a full day with a networking reception immediately following the last session. The sessions on Wednesday, April 22nd, including lunch, are expected to conclude by approximately 2pm.
