    Hello Olivier,

I am new into SAP CC and CI module, and hence was hoping to get some ideas before I jump into the process. I am trained in SAP CRM Functional, and hence I am more interested to know how SAP CRM / CC / CI integrates to provide end to end business solution and what is the current industry scope for CC & CI Functional Solution.

    Kindly advise.

Hi Shovanjit, welcome to the BRIM community on SCN.

A good place to start would be to take a look at the modules that make up the BRIM solution. There are pages that link to the public documentation and learning guides here: SAP hybris Billing

And a high-level view of the solution is available on the SAP solution explorer.

Regarding industries: BRIM is used by customers to monetize digital transformation across multiple industries. What they have in common is that their business models involve subscription and usage-based billing and partner revenue share. This includes Telecommunications, High-Tech manufacturers moving from product-to-service business models, Media & Entertainment, Professional Services, Cargo Transport Logistics, Passenger Transportation, Postal Services, Public Sector Citizen Services, Toll Collect, Retail and Consumer Products and Utilities adding non-Energy services.
