Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM) has privileged relations with SAP. SAP is official sponsor of students graduated in 2015
SAP France has been invited in Grenoble as a special guest at the partner game “recruiting in a different way” on the 28th of January and job fair on the 29th of January 2015.

GEM had organized a special game to highlight the student talents.
First part was dedicated to adventure. 9 students are blocked on an island. After presenting their personal competencies, the group had to discuss and decide who should go and explore the wood, and who should stay to look after the camping.
2 professionals looked at the scene, listened to arguments and are gave their recommendations after the end of the game.
The second part was dedicated to management.of the town Fishcity. Fishcity has been declining for a few years. All participants had to build a new strategy together for the town. They had to re-use existing containers and build the best project to re boost this town. After brainstorming and building the town of the future, the participants had to convince the mayor and deputy mayor (2 professionals) to adopt their project.
2 professionals looked at the scene, listened to arguments and are gave their recommendations after the end of the game.
The session ended with a nice buffet where students and professionals could discuss and present companies and careers. A very nice experience to create links between students and recruiters in a different and friendly way !
Job Fair :
75 companies were present to introduce their activities and career opportunities. Around 700 visitors, students and young graduates visited the exhibition, looking for the job, internship of their dreams.
Our SAP booth received many students and candidates during all day. This was the opportunity to present SAP Group activities, different roles and career opportunities. We received around 40 students and collected 30 Curriculum to feed on going recruitment process.
We particularly promoted sales and presales academy as well as careers website: http://www.sap.com/careers/index.html
We also explained to our visitors major evolutions on the market, including Big Data topic, cloud and HANA and how they would live in a fantastic new world of technology.
Many interviews and discussions took place in English as many students came from various different countries: Colombia, China, …..
Many students were also interested in careers and internship abroad, in all domains : sales, presales, consulting, finance, marketing.
