If you are a customer with an SAP Product Support for Large Enterprises (PSLE) engagement, you can now use generally released SAP Enterprise Support value maps. This offering is not limited to a certain timeframe anymore. Value maps in pilot mode are not available for SAP PSLE customers.
SAP Enterprise Support Value Maps, part of the SAP Enterprise Support Academy program, help you navigate through SAP support services, tools, best practices, and other support offerings. They are a “one-stop shop” for evaluating your investments. In addition, SAP Enterprise Support value maps provide expert guidance, and include a social media platform, where you may interact and exchange information and experiences with peers.
The following SAP Enterprise Support value maps are now generally available:
Data volume management
- Custom-code management
- Technical monitoring and alerting
- Mobile solutions
- SAP HANA
- Solution Manager Readiness
- Test Management
Components in Scope
As you can see in the diagram below, SAP Enterprise Support value maps are made up of different components. For SAP PSLE customers, access is limited to the currently available services under SAP PSLE. Value map components which are not part of SAP PSLE – marked red in the diagram – can be contracted separately if desired.
