40 incoming students of Inha University attended 2 days&1 night Design Thinking Camp conducted by Christopher Han, Teddy Choi, Innovation Team and University Alliances Korea at Inha University in Incheon.
The D.T. challenge was "Design your own school wear": students, after defining the right problem, came up with various items such as bags, sweat shirts and many different souvenirs for school that could be sold at their campus store. During the workshop, students were fully immersed in learning Design Thinking. They were ready to fail quickly, then, learn and build rapid prototypes. After 2 days, the program ended with their hope keep up with Design Thinking mind-set during their college years.
Together with Innovation team, UA introduced a 'Design Thinking with SAP' facebook group where students who had had a Design Thinking experience with SAP can join and network with other students in the community. The group will provide more learning materials from SAP resources, future events offered for college students. We are expecting more than 200 students to join this group after the three Design thinking bus tour event and the DT worshop at various university sites during Q1 2015.
