Exporting to PDF was a popular idea on Idea place
It allows you to share story outside Lumira
You can print them via PDF
PDF is supported on Desktop, Server and Cloud
Filter information is in the appendix of the PDF
There are some limitations on tables and reports on exporting

Figure 4 shows how to delete a document, to help organize desktop. You could do this before but the process was very cumbersome.

Infographics now have more templates and work like a wireframe

With BI4.1 SP5 and above you can save the Lumira document to the BI platform
You don’t need add-on, server, or HANA
However to view in Launchpad you need the add-on

Q: Are there plans to export to PowerPoint?
A: A known enhancement request through Idea Place – prioritized PDF over PPT as it fulfills more requirements
Q: When doing dynamic text, can you sum/count/etc. on a subset of the data? ie add a WHERE clause?
A: Can have an IF statement but don’t have access to dimensions – no
Q: Where do I find Idea Place?
Q: is there any roadmap to support mobile Applications on W8 smartphones/tablets ?
A: Refer to roadmap on SMP; not timelines
Q: Format painter button in the roadmap?
A: Ability to copy over charts in InfoGraphic today
BI –addon is in GA Care
Q: Possible to connect to BW data source directly?
A: Wait for webinar coming up
Q: Is there any plan to add ranges selection where user can type the ranges to filter? Today it can be done by holding Cntrl key but in some cases the number of items to select are too many so wondering if user can have range field (from/ to) feature
A: Improvements planned as well as filters in visualization
