In alignment with our goal to increase the diversity of our team, we are happy to announce a new program called the Student SAP Mentors (SSM) program where we are extending the SAP Mentor initiative to students of SAP University Alliances. Please join us in congratulating our 11 students, who will be
a part of Student SAP Mentors program in 2015. We are hoping that this will be a mutually beneficial program where we can
glean the creative juices of these millennials and they can improve their professional skills through hands-on experience.
What is an Student SAP Mentor?
Student SAP Mentors sail under the same flag as the SAP Mentors as top community influencers in their university, region & SAP ecosystem.
Millennials will make up nearly 75 percent of the global workforce by 2025
Key activities for Student Mentors include (but are not limited to):
· Join major SAP events in their region.
· Team up with an experienced SAP Mentor in their region,
· Design & tackle a project for the greater good of the SAP Community
· Become an ambassador, mentor and coach to the student communities in their region,
