Dear SCNians,

I welcome all to my BIF .

Before beginning my introduction, I will take this opportunity to thank Mr Chandra Agarwal for adding in the BIF and I would like thank Mr Moshe Naveh  for this innovative Idea of BIF.

About me :

I’m Madhukumar from Kollegala,Karnataka India. Born and Brought  in Kollegala and later moved to Bangalore.

Currently Working as SAP ABAP Consultant with Buhler India Private limited in Bangalore and residing in Bangalore

Bangalore is the capital city of the Indian state of Karnataka and as most of them will be knowing about Bangalore, so I think no need to explain about it.

Fact about Kollegala

Kollegal is one of the major taluks in the Chamarajanagar District of Karnataka State in the south of India.

Kollegal is well known for its Silk industry which attracts traders from all over the state and its is also known as “SILK CITY” famous for its hand loom Silk saree industry.

Kollegala is surrounded by beautiful tourism spots like Shivanasamudra Falls, Biligiriranga Hills, Male Mahadeshwara Hills.

Shivanasamudra contains twin falls namely Gaganachukki and Bharachukki and this is location for first Hydro-electric Power stations in Asia which was set up in the year 1902.

Biligiriranga Hills popularly known as B.R.Hills and Its is Protected Wildlife Sanctuary and it also a Tiger Reserve and this hill is located in Eastern most edge of Western Ghats.

Attraction Place in B.R.Hills is the Biligiriranga Swamy Temple and Doddasampige (Michaelia Champaca) about 43 metre in height and the girth of trunk measuring about 20 meters and it is 600 years old Big Michelia champaka.

Male Mahadeshwara Hills Popularly known as M.M. Hills and it is ancient and sacred temple of Sri Male Mahadeshwara is a very popular Shiva pilgrim centre. It is located in near the Border of Karnataka and Tamil Nadu States and it draw lakh’s of devotee from Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.

The forests of M.M.Hills have been famous for wonderful regeneration and stock of sandalwood and bamboo and Elephants are the most prominent species.

It think this could be sufficient information of my home town.

If you were 20 again, what would you study?

I would like to study Human Psychology because it will help us understand better about people around us.

Name the person who affected you most in your career/ way of thinking and why?

I will take this opportunity to thank Mr Satish Meka ,Unfortunately i could not him in SCN. Satish is my Mentor *** Trainer *** Colleague in HCL Infosystem Pvt Limited.

He is very good Human being and Superb Trainer.

What do you think are the key elements for a successful project ?


Key element for Project always sticking to the Basics  and Collective Team Work and Documentation in each phase


What is the best resource of information on SCN?


As per my experience in SCN, i felt Discussion are the Best Resource of Information on SCN.


What do you most enjoy on SCN?


I enjoyed learning new functionality about SAP modules in SCN.

      @Kamlesh  if you are in Bangalore then you can easily plan for 1 day trip to Shivanasamudra Falls, Talakadu around just 130 kms from bangalore.

      To be frank, I have Started BIF in 1st week of April  due to unpredictable work schedule i was not able to finish it up, But finally i had completed in Last week of December 😉    😉
