Labs IT China team supported SAP Forum Shanghai 2014 successfully, the event is targeting markets for SAP users, Partners and Technicians, the number of attendees reachs near 5,500 this time. The planning of the IT Infrastructure for Forum Shanghai started in the early of 2014 by Danyang Lv who was the Project Lead from Labs IT China team, with 16 colleagues from various IT teams, supporting Servers, Network switch, Cables, Sound Stations, Wi-Fi and Printers.

The IT Team connected more than 200 Network drops with 4500 meters Cat 5E copper cable. The public Internet Wi-Fi was used by more than 500 Clients, and SAP event Wi-Fi was used over 200 Clients simultaneously. The complete IT Infrastructure Setup was done within 5 days. According to the record, 5,489 physical attendees at the event and 40,307 unique online attendees viewed the keynotes on July 03 and 04.
