Yet, actually the environment in which a company operates continuously changes; therefore, innovation management is a capability that needs to be constantly renewed, adapted, and enriched based on new learning and maturing skills.

The ability to prioritize initiatives, design and conduct projects and experiments, and most importantly learn from them, becomes essential.
