Automation of shift handover run book

Key features of run book

1. We can save the time around 10 Min per day(manually to prepare the run book it takes minimum of 10 min’s per shift)
2. Details of Process Chains running in each shift that needs to be monitored [along with information on when the chain is supposed to be start].
3. Ability to send out the Process Chain Status via an e-mail[attachment] if desired to any recipient.
4. Ability to track the Status of any Process Chain in BW Shift Wise on any particular day. This information is saved in the system so if you want 10 days back status also we can send a mail to desire
   to any recipient.
5. Ability to track the red Status information. If we have any red status process chain it will provide the
   information why that process chain is red.

We have 3 main parts in this program

1.Mail:

If we select a mail radio button then the program will send  a mail to recipients like as below

2. Process chain status

If we select a Process chain status radio button then the program will give the present
status of the process chain and if we have any red status it will provide information why that process chain is red.

If we double click on chain id then the chain will be open if we want to repeat the info package in failed case. We can do that like as below
