“Alert Configuration” in the RWB of PI we get the below error

Problem:

When trying to open “Alert Configuration” in the RWB of PI we get the below error.

Solution:

The problem can be resolved by changing 3 parameters in the exchange profile under RuntimeWorkbench to the FQDN.

Open Exchange Profile using

          http://<host:port>/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/com.sap.xi.exprofui/XIProfileApp

Change the below 3 parameter

1. com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.name
2. com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.r3.ashost
3. com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.r3.mshost

Then, following note 750287, I ran the below command to update the cache in RWB.

After you have made the adjustments, update the cache by calling the following URL:

            http://<host:port>/rwb/rtc?op=init
