Hello All,

Here i was mentioned the process flow as per few business requirement where PM is not in scope and client needs to map the Customer Complaint, Customer Return and Warranties related to Products and Services provided to customer in single screen and transaction in QM.

Altogether in SAP, CS- Customer services in PM is meant for warranty and other processes but this solution is only for those business verticals where PM and CS are not in scope.
