Predictive Maintenance and IoT Demo for Mining in collaboration with Cisco
In collaboration with Cisco we were working on a demo for predictive maintenance with some IoT features (like real time sensor integration).
The demo is now available as offline recording.
It starts with a dashboard and a map to visualize where the various trucks are located. You can filter the displayed trucks by alert severity. Select the truck with a more severe alert drill into more details including the 3D visualization of the turbo charger, look at the Machine Health Fact Sheet, the maintenance history, the real time measurements of the temperature, boost pressure and container angle.
On the alert tab you can drill down to see the individual alerts and identify the critical ones from there you can see details like mean time to failure or the explanation of the prediction model including needed spare parts and how many are in inventory.
