“Fit for the Future” – Partners Share Their Experience with SAP Rapid Deployment Solutions

Partners.jpgJust last week, the SAP Solution and Knowledge Packaging team hosted a two-day Partner Council in Walldorf, Germany with a group of Service and Reseller Partners to facilitate conversations on the topic of innovation adoption made simple with Rapid Deployment Solutions, Best Practices, and openSAP. There were a dozen interactive show floor pods as well as several co-innovation project deep dives and expert presentations.

Of course, not everyone can make it to such an event, but the good news is that much of what was covered is also available freely online via the openSAP course Rapid Deployment of SAP Solutions. Speaking of which, it was announced that a new version of this popular openSAP course will be launched in early 2015. One partner even went so far as to say, “It is good to discuss where we are going with the Cloud, and which skills we need for this… we shall roll out the Rapid Deployment of SAP Solutions course on openSAP to all employees.”

Check out the video below, which is a quick under 3 minute compilation of partner impressions at the event. The final point made in the video is that rapid-deployment solutions make partners “fit for the future.” So either SAP partners are really good at making tag lines on the fly or there’s something to these rapid-deployment solutions offering business value through pre-configured and predictable solutions. My theory? Both are true.
