Our Integration Solution and API management pod had close to 200 people stopping by in 3 days with tremendous interest on SAP's new API management offering.

:cool: Björn Goerke, Executive Vice President and Corporate Officer, SAP Product & Innovation Technology started the event with his High-Energy Keynote speech. Showing how API Management was a key component in this unified experience on HCP. In a demo, he showed personally how the first step in the experience is exposing services as APIs via the new SAP API Management platform, developed in partnership with Apigee. You can watch the keynote replay here and the demo appear in the last 20 min.To drive home the importance of this partnership, he invited Apigee CEO Chet Kapoor up on-stage to speak about API Management and its role in transforming business (starting on the hour mark in the keynote reply).
:smile: TechEd Live Studio on API Economy - Impact on Business and Technology
On the center stage of TechEd Vegas live studio SAP’s chief product manager Joav Bally interviewed Apigee’s VP of product strategy Ed Anuff about the challenges and opportunities of participating in the API economy, why all aspects of a business have to transform; what the trends are in the API management world and how businesses can get digital ready. Both looked really relaxed yet they delivered a very inspiring talk.
:grin: I got the opportunity to interview Sanjay, CEO of Quantilus about their first-hand experience with SAP API Management. They are one of the early adopters to enable their cutting edge UI applications like Augmented Reality, Machine Vision and Mobile Enterprise solutions with this solution.
