It will be a great chance to see how the artistic power of Berlin, known so well from street art, awesome music clubs and start ups, will mix with technology summit. I'm sure this positive vibe and atmosphere will result in unexpected results during Hackers Night.

On the first day with fresh mind I will concentrate on Strategy Talks- I'm excited to hear how SAP is going to utilize the Internet of Things for their mission statement to help businesses "Run simple". At first it sounds counter-intuitive but let's see what is SAP way of handling this new trend.

After acquisition of Hybris by SAP in 2013 I've started to build my knowledge around this modern E-commerce platform. Hope to learn some cool tricks from Mr. Albertsen and Herrmann during their lectures.

But what I really love this year and can't wait to put my hands on during the workshop is the topic of SAP Fiori and SAP HANA. Market seems to be ready to take advantage of HANA calculation power while Fiori is already there thriving and boosting Users Experience with SAPUI5 framework.

Customer Engagement and CRM itself are my fields of expertise, I'm looking forward most to meet with SAP development experts and my peers on BOF sessions. I hope to discuss with them how to bring SAPUI5 UX to good old Web Client Framework as standard and make our customers more happy while using SAP CRM.

My advice for the first timer attendees:bring some comfortable shoes, for sure you will make some kilometers while walking from one area to another, also keep in mind to have some free time for walking and discussions with your peers. Btw. in Berlin there are some great places where you can feel DDR 'Ostalgia', so be sure not leave Berlin just after the TechEd.

See you soon at Messe Berlin.
