Hi Mr. Juergen Mahler (and everybody who might help with this),

I'd like to ask your help to clarify something at this point as I am a little confused.

Following the instructions regarding the Manual Activity necessary to be done before the implementation of the new Note, the SPAU seems a little confusing.

      3. Perform an SPAU adjustment

Call transaction SPAU ("Modification Adjustment: Object Selection") and check the status of the SAP Notes.

Perform the adjustment for all SAP Notes that already exist or reset them to their original status.

In the SPAU i have this situation:

      SPAU.PNG

      In the SNOTE:

I'd be grateful if you could shadow some light on the following questions:

Should, in this case, all the Notes (8) which are under be reset in SPAU (Menu>>Modifications>>Reset to Original)?

What would be the difference from resetting the Notes in SNOTE?

      Best regards

         Hello,

there is no difference between SPAU and SNOTE in this case. SPAU is a specialized transaction for the modification adjustment.

It provides an overview about all modified objects which were overwritten by an update/upgrade.

In case of SAP notes it will call internally transaction SNOTE which is responsible for the SAP Note  adjustment.

      Regards,

      Jürgen
