Firefox 33 Rapid Release Cycle was released on October, 14th, for Windows, Mac and Linux. The main features for end users are the improved search functions and the more reliable session restore feature. News for developers: a media sidebar in the Style editor and a paint flashing tool.

Further changes:

  • OpenH264 sandboxed support
  • Continued improvements to WebRTC
  • Support for connecting to HTTP proxy over HTTPS
  • Faster JavaScript strings
  • Misc. HTML5 Improvements
  • Bug fixes

Mozilla Firefox 33 RRC has been successfully tested with NetWeaver versions 740 SP08 ,731 SP14, 730 SP13, 702 SP16, 711 SP18 on Win 7 64-bit, Win 7 32-bit,  Win 8 64-bit (desktop), Win 8 32-bit (desktop),Win 8.1 64-bit, Mac and Linux in the areas of PLS, WD ABAP, WD Java, NWBC, ACF, BI, UI5, FPM, CRM Web UI, EP, Adobe, BPM, FLP.
