Dear all,

We would like to invite you to an introductory kickoff call for SAP Customer Connection SAP NetWeaver Workflow 2015.

Direct input and feedback from our customers is essential for us to improve SAP solutions in productive use.

To structure this input and feedback, we run the Customer Connection program.

Customer Connection is directed at incrementally enhancing and improving products and solutions in mainstream maintenance. It offers you, our customers, the opportunity to suggest small enhancements and improvements to those products and solutions (“Improvement Requests”). The Improvement Requests selected for development will be delivered through SAP support notes or support packages.

This is a unique opportunity for you to influence development at SAP, and to submit requests for functionality which you have been waiting for.

We hope to meet many of you in the call!

For those of you who attended today’s call, I am very sorry for what happened.  Please know that I did not know that the Customer Connection for Workflow would be cancelled.  I knew there would be some Fiori and Unified Inbox in there, and I hope we can all benefit from this effort, but I apologize for what it’s worth.

I don't think you have anything to apologize for, If any you should be thanked for the help and effort you did helping to organize this customer connection. I think that the workflow in SAP ECC is an important enough issue to deserve the focus topic although Fiori is the next new thing a lot of customers are still using the workflow in ECC systems directly and they are worth investing the time and work.

Maybe it's a hopeless cause, but since the collection faze of the project is still active, I wanted to ask people to support and write their request for improvements anyway, maybe with enough interest SAP will change their mind.

      Hi Ronen,

We can all take a positive outlook on this Customer Connection (at least it's not cancelled) - and use the site:

to log our requests.  For example, you can see from the screen shot below that quite a few requests have already been submitted - although I do wish there were a better way to report on them!  I know you have submitted quite a few, and the ones I submitted were directly from the INT207 session at TechEd LV two weeks ago.

What is interesting is - no matter where we are or where we work, we all seem to struggle with the same issues.

I hope the other Workflow developers and administrators and users will also join in and make their voices heard.
