Customer Connection Delivery Call: Recording now available

Hi everyone,

Daniel has now posted the recording of our delivery call on the Customer Connection site:

This may be of use particularly to the Australians and New Zealanders, who contributed a great deal, but for whom we couldn’t offer a separate call.

Basic format was: Small (very small) slide deck, where I went through the features we have developed, and then Claudia gave a short demo of each feature.

This really wraps up our 6 month Customer Connection project, so thank you very much to everyone who contributed.I learnt a lot, and I hope most of you were broadly happy with the feature set developed.
