Another avenue for information are our SRM forums. Here there are many experts (including myself) waiting to answer your queries on any SRM. Please ensure though, that if you are using the sourcing functionalities of SRM that you create your thread in the correct location. This will then ensure the right experts are on hand to help.
There are two forums for sourcing issues. When you log into SCN the follow the path: Products -> Supplier Relationship Management. Here you need to select the correct forum for your query:
- For all E-Sourcing queries, please post your thread within the 'Sourcing' forum.
- For all your SRM sourcing queries, please post your thread within the 'Shopping cart and Catalog' forum.
I understand this may be a little confusing, but ensuring you select the correct forum will ensure a quicker response from the correct experts.
