SAP IQ Cockpit Alert to SMS

This post explains how to send SAP IQ Cockpit alerts to mobile devices via SMS.

The easier way to accomplish this is to configure SAP IQ Cockpit to send emails to you SMS. In the image I set the message to be send to both, and email and a SMS on Verizon Wireless.

This is a simplistic approach.  A more complex approach will be to execute a script that sends SMS messages to a different mobile devices depending in the time of the day.
