New MOOCs focused on SAP HANA
Since the launch of openSAP, a topic which has proven most popular on the platform is SAP HANA, a completely re-imagined platform for real-time business. To continue meeting the needs of openSAP learners, two new courses have just opened for enrollment to keep learners busy until the end of 2014.
The first topic is on SAP HANA Cloud Platform, the in-memory Platform-as-a-Service offering from SAP, enabling customers and developers to build, extend, and run applications on SAP HANA in the cloud. To date, developers have learned the basics and the advanced steps with two previous courses by SAP HANA Cloud expert, Rui Nogueira. Extending SAP Products with SAP HANA Cloud Platform is aimed at those who would like to extend their abilities further and learn about extension options which SAP products support and explore the required technologies and tools which help you to be productive. The course starts on November 11 and will feature extensions to SuccessFactors, which will allow you to adapt and integrate SuccessFactors cloud applications to existing business processes. If you missed out on previous courses on SAP HANA Cloud Platform, you can still access them:

The second topic, starting November 13, is SAP Business Warehouse powered by SAP HANA which aims to introduce renewed concepts and possibilities of SAP Business Warehouse (BW) powered by SAP HANA. With this course, you will learn and experience the latest developments with SAP BW 7.4, as well as opportunities for real-time data integration and agile data modelling approaches which haven’t been possible before. With SAP BW, reporting and planning can run on the same platform, which will be demonstrated in the optimizations with SAP HANA. You will see how data can be consumed via different modern front-end tools and understand the concepts of how SAP HANA helps speed up data analysis.
Both courses are now open for enrollment and are available to anyone, anywhere, and on any device.
