This section allows you to define the service order type that should be generated directly from the notification.  While I tend to favor the repair sales order path, this method is excellent for simplicity. It allows you to create the service order directly from the notification, and if need be, you can generate a credit memo request at the end using RRB.

IMG-->Plant Maintenance and Customer Service-->Maintenance and Service Processing-->Maintenance and Service Notifications-->Notification Creation-->Notification Types-->Assign Notification Types to Order Types

As you can see, the configuration itself is incredibly simple.  Just enter in the Service Order type in the blank column.
