Outlook Integration error connecting to License Server or SLD

When connecting the Outlook Integration, sometimes this error occurs:

Could not connect to company in SAP Business One

“Connection to license service failed; license service address is not valid,

or license service is stopped (or does not respond)”

A solution to this problem is to open the file b1-local-machine.xml and if the license server setting is set to localhost then try to update this to the actual server name.

The file b1-local-machine.xml is generally located in ‘C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One DI API\Conf\’
