Opening SAP incidents with regards to RF device issues

When creating SAP incidents relating to issues around RF devices and WM functionality, there are several areas of expertise covered and ensuring the correct component is specified will lead to a much faster qualified response from SAP Product Support.

When creating SAP incidents, please review the newly created KBA 2063269 to ensure that the issue being reported is forwarded directly to the team responsible.

Your link cannot be accessed by non-SAP employees. you have to exchange the link,

the right link would need to be that way: xxhttp://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/2063269

(of course without the xx in front of http, this was just a trick to show you how the right terminology of the link has to be)
