“Unable to access SBO-Common database” when trying to connect DTW

On new SAP Business One Client installs or upgrades, when trying to connect DTW this error can happen – “Unable to access SBO-Common database” 

One possible solution to solve it is

• Copy the file b1-local-machine.xml from C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One\Conf\ to C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One DI API\Conf\
• Overwrite the existing file
• Try to connect DTW again
