Ginger,
Great demo! I am seeing that that when creating the ERP Sales Order, an Inquiry is being created on ERP side, would it be possible to create a Quote on ERP side directly (starting from an Opportunity in Cloud)?
Otherwise, would it be possible to replicate a Quotation from Cloud into ERP? I do not want to have a new Quote created, only exact replication with same number.
Let me know your comments.
Thanks and regards.
Alejandro.
Hello Alejandro
Yes - that is possible. Now you choose to create the quote or the inquiry - this was delivered in a recent release - the Feb release of this year. We will update the demo soon. Check out the what's new blog periodically as well: What's New in Integration

Hi,
we have a non-stock material item which has item cat TAX and item cat group NLAG.
but when I am trying to create sales quote and request external pricing it is displaying error "Item category TAX is not defined for non-material items".
How to solve this error.
Thanks
Harish,
Try to simulate Sales Quote creation manually in your connected ECC system and then see if you get the same error of pricing there as well as you see it in C4C. This may be something on your ECC side itself which might need either correction or adjustment.

Hi Ankur,
Its working from at ecc end. but it is displaying error in c4c.
is there any fine-tuning activity for defining item category groups in c4c.
Thanks
