How to find latest hotfixes for SAP CC

Open up service portal and login with your user:

http://service.sap.com/support

 

Navigate to Help & Support – Search for SAP Notes & KBAs. From here you can just search for different hotfixes adding your support pack level number and hotfix number 7.0.7.1, 7.0.7.2 etc

Other possibility is to open one hotfix and find the references:

It opens up support package note and from there you can see reference to all the hotfixes available:
