Hello,

Please follow the Bellow steps for Generate the Certificate….

Generally if you expose your SMP server on cloud with Public IP Address, your need to generate the new self-signed certificate based on that IP. so follow this document.

http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-55932

In Step 1 : This is Optional if certificate is not available it will give error. go with another step 2 onwards.

1.Remove the existing certificate•keytool -keystore smp_keystore.jks -delete -alias smp_crt -storepass {keystore password}

Thanks

-Krish

        Vinjam,

        To let you know at the current moment, the SAP Agentry Support team is in the same building the Bill F works in.  They are about 3 rows apart from each other.
