OEE for the Enterprise

I just recently had an article published at Automation.com (Automation.com) on how to leverage OEE for your enterprise and wanted to echo the link to this article for the wider SAP Mfg community so please have a look and let me know what you think:

OEE for the Enterprise @ Automation.com

It closely aligns with the positioning of our SAP OEE product and the broader SAP Mfg strategy around continuous improvement that originates with data at the operations level and drives strategic decisions and business cases at the enterprise level.  Where, When, and Why to re-invest in manufacturing.

Thanks,

Sam

The Guides have been archived as per the SCN standard process when they switched.  It's best to reach out to Sumanta Chakraborty (sumanta.chakraborty@sap.com) who is the Product Owner for SAP OEE for them.  There is also a book on Amazon for how to implement the Manufacturing Performance Management or MPM (formerly OEE) content:

      https://www.amazon.com/Manufacturing-Performance-Management-using-Effectiveness/dp/1484211510

Lastly, there is an SAP Education course (SCM 390) that is specific for this content:

If you email me directly (Salvatore.Castro@sap.com) I will also share details regarding the latest feature enhancements to the solution and our plans around DMI, DEP, and co-innovation project for a Process Industry MES.
